One Handed Swings

The fundamental kettlebell motion is the "swing".

This deceptively simple exercise is closely related to the Romanian deadlift; It will train your Posterior chain (lower back,glutes and hamstrings) in a functional,highly aerobic motion that is an excellent complement to squats.

The one handed swing is usually done with a lighter weight than the two handed swing. There's more of a grip challenge, but there are also more variations and more varied ways to integrate this move into a circuit that involves other kettlebell moves.
