Heavy Kettlebells

"Your assembly instructions only go to 70 lbs, can you provide details on going up to 85 for the mid and 95 lbs for the high model ? " Excellent question!

First, go to our assembly page

and this gallery page

and take a look at the heavier setups.

plate sizes

If your setup goes over 50 lbs then you'll be using 10 lb plates in the center stack.
If you've watched our assembly video a natural consequence of use the larger plates in the middle is that the
axle will naturally get run through the lower (farther from the handle) slot.

stack width

You want to make sure the center portion of the stack is wide enough that the support straps are "stuffed" up to but not past parallel . The support band's spring is designed such that they rest lightly against the outboard side of the holes in the bottom of the handle; If the center stack is too wide (past parallel) then they will start to pry the horns of the handle apart from each other - not good!

Take a look at this chart for recommended setups.
